I am very passionate about 3 things in life; my faith, family and helping people with one of their biggest investments. I received my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Houston in 2004. While I attended college, I started my real estate career and acquired my license in 1999. I became an investor & property manager in 2001 and I have thoroughly enjoyed assisting our clients over the years. By being fluent in Spanish, I am able to assist our Spanish speaking clients in the language of their preference. I focus on overseeing the operations in our office, accounting records and assists our clients in selling their properties. I believe my integrity and drive allow me to provide great service to our clients.

I am a licensed Realtor with over 15 years of experience in the insurance and marketing industry who offers a unique strength in sales. I have purchased and sold millions of dollars worth of property for my clients. Being an investor myself, I can recognize the best deals and I work with clients all over the United States and overseas. I also arrange and oversee major vendor and general contractor's quality of work for the properties SPM manages.

As a Property Condition Specialist and a dedicated real estate professional, I am transitioning from my role as an Assistant Property Manager to pursue my passion for real estate. Previously, as an Assistant Property Manager at SPM, I helped homeowners manage their assets and served as a liaison between landlords and tenants. Working with an incredible team strengthened my skills and deepened my real estate knowledge. Now, as a licensed Realtor, I am committed to helping clients navigate the real estate market with confidence and care. I'm a proud Texan and mother to three incredibly beautiful and exceptional girls. Outside of work, I enjoy discovering new restaurants with my munchkins & reading. Helping others and making a positive impact in their lives—and in this world—is my passion. My faith drives everything I do, and I find deep fulfillment in spreading love and kindness. I'm excited about this next chapter and can't wait to see where this journey takes me!

With over 20 years of experience in property management, I’ve worked with a variety of properties, including multi-family, single-family, commercial, and short-term rentals. I graduated with a degree in business in 2017 and obtained my real estate license in 2018. Property management is something I truly enjoy, whether it is working with homeowners or residents. Outside of work, I love spending time with my children, family, and especially my grandson. As a HUGE football fan, you can find me on the sidelines cheering on my son or for our Houston Texans. When I’m not working or watching football, I enjoy grilling, listening to music, reading, and exploring new things.

Prior to working for Sugar Land Property Management, I worked for about 6 years in the Multifamily Apartment Industry in Management positions. I am currently finishing up my MBA in Human Resource Management at the University of Houston-Downtown (Go Gators!). My experience in the apartment industry has helped me to better serve our owners and tenants, however, everyday is a learning experience which I truly enjoy.

I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I love dancing, baking, and my animals. Working at Sugarland Property Management has opened my eyes to the world of real estate and property management. It has truly been a beautiful learning experience where I get to connect with great people and help both owners and tenants with peace of mind.

Meet Maria, an Administrative Assistant with a passion to assist and help everyone. I have 25+ years of Admin experience, prior to coming to work for Sugarland Property Management I worked 22 years for Prime Communications, an AT&T Authorized Agent, where I gained skills in Real Estate, Sales and HR. I love to Travel, Ride Harley Motorcycles, the Astros and my Dallas Cowboys!!. Working for SugarLand Property Management is a new experience and I have learned a great amount with this company.
